Second, this sounds like an interesting proposal and something that could align with our work. We would be interested
to work with you and others on identifying and organizing existing and potential OER texts, other resources, authors,
etc., encouraging and promoting participation with OER, training practitioners at all levels to create and remix OER.
For instance, we are making training materials and workshop sessions, and would collaborate to localize them for your
audiences. In addition, we would very much like to expand our work in investigation frameworks and evaluation around
OER projects. We've added a lot of recent work to the case study area of the icommons wiki, with more to come, and
see this area as an important ongoing effort.
Ways of collaboration: Most important part is sharing developed multimedia content, photos etc, sharing experiences
(i have an idea of free textbook project development handbook, if such a publication is possible). There is a lot to
do in an area of software development, especially regarding creating e-learning services.
